ABOUT THE INTERNAL RACE IN THE NATIONAL PARK

Article 1.

The rules prescribe the protection, promotion and sustainable use of the national park’s assets, the manner and conditions for the stay and movement of visitors, the use of hunting and fishing fauna, pastures, the collection of medicinal herbs and sludges, forest fruits, the use of recreational and other public areas in the national park movement and parking of vehicles, conditions and manner of placing advertising, information and other signs of the users of the national park, measures of protection when carrying out scientific research and performing research works, carrying out tourist, catering and other activities in the area of ​​the national park, the rules for maintaining cleanliness in the national park, special prohibitions and restrictions in the implementation of the protection of the National Park and others prescribed by the Law on National Parks (hereinafter: the Law).

Article 2

This Regulation applies to all legal and natural persons with headquarters or residence in the area of ​​the national park, visitors, employees of public institutions National Park “Sutjeska” and National Park “Kozara” (hereinafter: the Institution), as well as all legal and natural persons who in any sense use the natural values ​​and the area of ​​the national park (hereinafter: users of the national park).

Article 3

For the purpose of this Rulebook, a visitor is considered a person who independently or organized through a tourist or other organization comes to a national park to get to know the natural or cultural-historical values ​​of a national park, rest, recreation or use of other services.

Article 4

Persons who are resident or have landowners in the territory of a national park or perform official activities and business partners Institutions are not considered as visitors within the meaning of Article 3 of this Regulation.

Article 5

During their stay in the territory of the National Park, visitors comply with the legal provisions, the provisions of this Regulation and the instructions from the information tables and other codes, as well as instructions from the professional services of the Institution.

Article 6

The institution is concerned with the protection, maintenance and promotion of the national park, in accordance with the Law and this Rulebook.

Article 7

(1) Entrance, passage and stay of visitors in the territory of a national park are controlled by authorized professional services.
(2) A visitor purchases a ticket (residence fee) for the period that will be spent in the area of ​​the national park at the price list prescribed by a special act of the Foundation.
(3) The amount and manner of collecting the compensation referred to in paragraph 2 of this Article, as well as other fees prescribed by the Law, shall be prescribed by the Special Act with the prior consent of the ministry responsible for environmental protection and with the opinion of the Ministry of Finance, in accordance with the Law : act of the Institution).

Article 8

(1) Visitors to the national park area shall only move on the areas and paths marked and intended for sightseeing and visiting.
(2) The movement of visitors outside the area referred to in paragraph 1 of this Article shall be carried out only with the escort of the official person of the Foundation.

Article 9

(1) In order to protect the original natural assets, space, flora and fauna, and in particular natural rarities throughout the territory of the national park, in accordance with the Law, it is prohibited:
a) cut or destroy trees, shrubs and other vegetation, apart from sanitary cuttings,
b) bring in allochthonous species of plants, animals and fungi,
v) hunting wild game, in addition to sanitary and breeding shoots in zones specified by special regulations,
g) to perform uncontrolled collection of medicinal and aromatic herbs, mushrooms, forests and other fruits on the entire territory of the national park,
d) destruction of border signs, warnings and notice boards, billboards, tourist signs and messages indicating the importance and role of the park,
đ) exploit mineral raw materials and
e) perform activities and undertake other actions that destroy nature, or endanger the features of the national park.
(2) In the area of ​​the National Park, in accordance with the Law, it is prohibited to construct the main and regional roads, unless provided for by the spatial plan of the area of ​​the national park.

Article 10

During the stay in the area of ​​the national park can not be performed:
a) parking a vehicle outside a particular place or driving outside the existing road that allows the movement of motor vehicles,
b) fire fighting and camping outside of the place designated by the Foundation,
v) throwing and disposing of waste outside a particular place,
g) shooting and photographing for commercial purposes without the required license,
d) the introduction of dangerous devices, appliances and hazardous chemicals and other harmful substances that may endanger the protected natural good or people,
g) the use of pasture for grazing livestock where grazing is not allowed or release of livestock without the guardian’s control in areas where grazing is permitted,
e) fishing, except for parts of waters designated for such purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations and
f) breaking and destroying trees and shrubs or other natural values.

Article 11

Particularly regulated terrains are parts of the territory of the national park, which are decorated and equipped as recreational and other public areas for a specific purpose of recreation, sports and other forms of public use (sports grounds, squares, park zones, amusement parks, ski trails, promenades, excursion trails, hunting grounds, etc.).

Article 12

Particularly regulated terrains in the area of ​​the national park should be equipped, maintained, safe and environmentally friendly, what the institution is about to be.

Article 13

The fee for the use of a specially regulated terrain managed by the Foundation, as well as the fee for the use of land for organizing events, events and other fees are paid by the Foundation, in accordance with the act of the Foundation.

Article 14

The use of specially arranged terrains for the purpose of exhibiting and selling products or providing other services, or setting up temporary facilities, shall be carried out with prior consent and conditions determined by the Foundation.

Article 15

(1) Movement and parking of vehicles, or traffic on the roads in the territory of the national park shall be carried out in accordance with the established traffic regime on public roads and under the conditions determined by these Rules:
a) the movement of motor vehicles can be carried out only on public roads,
b) movement of forest roads is permitted for vehicles of the Institution, Ministry of Interior, ambulance and fire brigade services, and exceptionally for vehicles of other users on the basis of a special permit of the Institution, which determines the direction of movement, purpose and time of retention,
v) Snow vehicles (coils and official snowmobile) can be moved along the parts of the national park and the corridors determined by the Institution,
g) vehicles for winter and summer maintenance of lifts, facilities in the area and mobile facilities of the national park can be moved along the established prepared routes and official passages,
d) firefighting and police vehicles and emergency vehicles may, in order to carry out official actions, move across all passing terrain in the area of ​​the national park,
đ) vehicles of construction operations and construction machinery can be moved under conditions determined by the Institution and
e) vehicles can be parked on only for these purposes in certain areas.
